Privacy Policy
This policy explains what BENO PREP Ltd ("we", "us") collects when you use benoprep.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep this deliberately short and plain.
What we collect
- Account details - your name, email address and the exam you are preparing for.
- Practice data - the mock exams, essays and answers you submit, and the scores and feedback generated from them.
- Payment details - handled entirely by our payment processor, Paystack. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data - basic, privacy-preserving analytics about how the app is used, so we can improve it.
How we use it
- To score your work against the official band descriptors and give you targeted feedback and lessons.
- To track your progress and predict your band over time.
- To manage your subscription and send you essential account emails.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the processors that run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Paystack (payments) and Resend (transactional email). Each processes data only to provide their part of the service.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your practice history and personal details from our systems.
