Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of BENO PREP (benoprep.com), operated by BENO PREP Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
The service
BENO PREP provides timed mock exams, scoring against the official band descriptors, detailed reports, and targeted lessons for IELTS, PTE and CELPIP preparation. Scores and predicted bands are estimates to guide your practice, not official results.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity on your account. One account is for one person. Choose your exam at checkout; switching is handled by messaging Beno.
Payments and trial
- Plans are billed through Paystack. A 7-day free trial is available, with no card required up front.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period.
- One exam is locked to your subscription at checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not share your account, resell access, scrape the content, or use the service to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Not affiliated with the exam bodies
BENO PREP is an independent platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the official IELTS, CELPIP or PTE testing organisations. "IELTS", "CELPIP" and "PTE" are the trademarks of their respective owners.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is". We work hard to make our scoring accurate, but we cannot guarantee a particular result on your real exam. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.
Changes
We may update these terms; we will note the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
